Hey guys. So if you're trying to make a track for Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, you don't really need a full 3 minute song. You literally just need 15 seconds of pure fire so you can drop a reel on that track and grab people's attention immediately.

I see alot of people just typing "make a pop song" and hoping for the best. That doesn't work well if you want a catchy hook for a short video. Here is what I do to get those perfect 15-second clips.

  1. Skip the Intro completely Don't let the AI generate a 20-second instrumental intro. Nobody on social media has the attention span for that lol. Start your prompt with [Chorus] or [Drop] right away. Hit them in the face with the vocals from second zero.

  2. Keep lyrics under 4 lines If you pack too many words into your prompt, the AI will just rush the singer's voice and it sounds super unnatural. Write 4 simple, relatable lines. Like, if its about being broke before payday, just say that. Keep it real and short.

  3. Use strong genre tags Instead of just writing "rap", try something specific like "aggressive trap beat, heavy 808s, fast flow". The more vibe you give the generator, the better the output. Some advanced users are even messing around with Lyria 3 Pro or Udio unofficial APIs to automate this stuff, but even in the basic web app, good tags are everything.
